This policy explains what information 60 Second Puzzles collects, why, and what choices you have. We built this app to work with as little data as possible — most of what makes the app function stays on your device.
60 Second Puzzles is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us at feedback.tribune012@passinbox.com and we will delete it.
60 Second Puzzles does not require an account, login, or sign-up to use. We do not ask for your name, email address, or any personal identifier to play.
Your scores, streaks, difficulty progress, and settings are stored locally on your device using standard on-device storage. We do not receive, see, or store this data on any server we control. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it.
To keep the free version of the app running, we use third-party services that may collect limited technical information as described below. We do not control these services' data practices directly — each operates under its own privacy policy, linked below.
If you're in the European Economic Area or UK, our legal bases are: legitimate interests (to operate and improve the app, including through analytics our third-party providers perform on our behalf) and consent (for personalized advertising and any similar processing where consent is required by local law — collected via the ad-consent prompt AdMob's Google-certified consent management platform shows you). You may withdraw consent at any time; see Section 6.
We do not operate servers that store your personal data, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete on request beyond forwarding your request to the relevant third party. Gameplay data lives only on your device for as long as the app is installed. Data held by AdMob, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google is retained under each provider's own retention policy, linked in Section 3.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal information associated with you; correct inaccurate information; request deletion; object to or restrict certain processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time (for processing based on consent, such as personalized ads). Because we hold no personal account data ourselves, most such requests will be minimal for us to fulfill directly, but you can still reach us at feedback.tribune012@passinbox.com with any request, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California residents: we do not sell or share (as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA) your personal information for money. To the extent AdMob's ad personalization is considered a "share" under California law, you can opt out via the in-app ad-consent prompt or your device's ad-tracking settings described in Section 6, or by emailing us to request that we instruct our providers to limit such processing for you.
We're based in the United States, and our third-party providers (AdMob, RevenueCat, Apple, Google) may process data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, these providers rely on legal safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for such transfers — see each provider's own privacy policy (Section 3) for details.
We take reasonable measures to protect the limited data associated with the app, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. Data processed by our third-party providers (AdMob, RevenueCat, Apple, Google) is subject to their own security practices.
We may update this policy as the app changes — for example, when we add new features or third-party services. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. If a change is material, we'll make reasonable efforts to give you more notice (such as an in-app message). Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
