These Terms govern your use of 60 Second Puzzles. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to them. Please read them before playing.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement. This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly permit their use.
By using the app, you also represent that: (a) you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (b) you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. If either becomes untrue, you must stop using the app.
60 Second Puzzles offers casual arithmetic and logic puzzles for entertainment and general mental engagement.
This app is not a medical device, therapy, or scientifically validated cognitive treatment. We make no claim that playing this app improves memory, intelligence, prevents cognitive decline, or produces any specific real-world outcome. Nothing in the app is medical, psychological, or professional advice. If you have concerns about your cognitive health, consult a qualified healthcare professional — do not rely on this app as a substitute.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use 60 Second Puzzles on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from the app except as permitted by applicable law.
The free version of the app includes a limited number of timed challenges per day and displays advertisements via Google AdMob, including banner and interstitial ads. Ad content is selected and served by Google and its advertising partners; we do not control the specific content of individual ads.
A premium subscription removes ads and unlocks additional features (unlimited timed challenges, advanced operations, and detailed stats). Subscriptions are billed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable.

You agree not to: reverse-engineer or tamper with the app to bypass paywalls, ad delivery, or licensing; use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the app; interfere with the app's operation or other users' ability to use it; or use the app for any unlawful purpose.
The app, including its design, code, puzzle content, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you beyond the limited license in Section 3.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) $20. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us (and our officers, contractors, and licensors) harmless from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: your violation of these Terms; your misuse of the app; or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights and requires most disputes to be resolved through individual arbitration rather than in court.
Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at feedback.tribune012@passinbox.com and describe the dispute so we can try to resolve it informally. Most concerns can be resolved this way.
If a dispute isn't resolved informally within 60 days, you and we agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead.
Class action waiver. You and we each agree that any arbitration or claim will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. Neither an arbitrator nor a court may consolidate more than one person's claims. If this class-action-waiver provision is found unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration section will be null and void, and the dispute will proceed in court instead.
To the extent a dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, you and we each waive any right to a jury trial for that dispute.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing feedback.tribune012@passinbox.com with your name and a clear statement that you wish to opt out, within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. If you opt out, neither you nor we are bound by the arbitration or class-action-waiver provisions above, and disputes will be resolved in the courts described in Section 14.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time; this does not automatically cancel an active subscription, which must be cancelled through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7-11 and 15-16) will survive.
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we'll make reasonable efforts to give you more notice (such as an in-app message).
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise. Subject to Section 11 (Arbitration), any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
If you downloaded the app from Apple's App Store, the following additional terms apply and take precedence over any conflicting term above with respect to Apple only:
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be interpreted to best reflect its original intent.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Entire agreement. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the app, and supersede any prior agreements on the subject.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
