Questions, bug reports, or ideas for new puzzle types — here's how to reach us.
If Premium isn't showing up after reinstalling the app or switching devices, open the app's paywall or "Your plan" screen and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with. We have no accounts of our own, so we can't look up or transfer a purchase for you. If it still doesn't work, email us which platform you're on (iOS or Android) and what you see — please don't send payment details or other personal information.
Right after reinstalling, it can occasionally take a little while for Restore Purchases to find an existing subscription. If it says no purchases were found, try tapping Monthly or Annual on the paywall instead — tapping the plan you already have just confirms it, with no new charge; tapping a different plan schedules the switch for after your current period ends rather than charging you immediately, and you can cancel that switch anytime by tapping your original plan again.
Leaderboards are optional and run on Apple Game Center. Open them from Settings → Leaderboard (or from the link after a round) and sign in to Game Center when asked; after that, each round's score is added to the board for its level, plus a separate board for Today's challenge. A board appears once at least two players are on it. To stop sending scores, sign out of Game Center in your device's Settings → Game Center; your best scores and streaks always stay on your phone either way.
In the last seconds of a round the clock glows, shifting from yellow to red, and on most phones you feel a light heartbeat-like vibration. Both follow your phone's own settings, and the app adds no switch of its own: to stop the vibration, turn off haptics (iPhone: Settings → Sounds & Haptics; Android: your vibration and touch-feedback settings). To keep the glow steady instead of pulsing, turn on Reduce Motion (iPhone: Settings → Accessibility → Motion) or Remove animations (Android: Settings → Accessibility). iPads have no vibration, so they show only the glow. If pulsing images or vibration bother you, please read the safety note in our Terms of Use.
We are a small developer, and we gladly rely on Apple (and Google on Android) for the parts they do best. Apple runs: the App Store download and updates; all payments, subscriptions, refunds and Restore Purchases; Game Center leaderboards; the "Enjoying the app?" rating window; the share sheet; the vibration (haptics) system; the tracking-permission prompt; your device backups; and the anonymous statistics and crash reports developers receive. For anything in that list (a charge, a refund, your Game Center profile, a review), Apple or Google is the one who can change it, and we will happily point you to the right place. Details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Tell us what puzzle type you were playing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps if you have one.
If we ask for more detail, open Settings, tap the version line five times and tap Share this log. The log holds the app version, your plan status and an anonymous ID (no name, email or payment details), and it goes only where you choose to send it.
We're actively adding new 60-second puzzle formats. Send your idea — every puzzle still has to fit in a genuine 60 seconds, free or Premium.
The app doesn't require an account and keeps only a few settings and counters on your device. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture, or just ask.
When the app offers a free trial of Premium, it shows how long it lasts before you start. Apple or Google runs the trial and decides who can have one (usually one per Apple ID or Google account). If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, it turns into the plan you picked and Apple or Google charges you. To cancel, use your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. We can't start, extend, or refund a trial ourselves.
Subscriptions are billed and managed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us directly — cancel any time in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings (iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds are issued at Apple's or Google's discretion under their own refund policies; we're not able to process or override a refund ourselves, but email us if you'd like help figuring out where to request one.
